When WebPros found itself in need of a profound brand revolution, I was more than excited to step in as the catalyst for the transformation. Our challenge was clear: redefine WebPros in a crowded digital landscape as the #1 web enablement ecosystem. With a blend of market research, comprehensive stakeholder interviews, and a meticulous analysis of the customer value equation, I led the brand elevation.


Taking the reins of the brand, design, and communications teams, I created and designed a brand that not only reinvigorated WebPros but also nurtured a culture of growth through creativity and innovation by mentoring designers and copywriters. Beyond the brand’s renaissance, I jumped into the task of crafting an encompassing communications strategy and defining an authentic brand voice for our 11 distinct product brands. Simultaneously, I shaped a tailored social media and PR strategy to bring awareness to the hosting market.

Notably, I played a pivotal role in the development of “WebPros NEXT,” a worldwide partner success event, showcasing our unwavering commitment to supporting our partners and helping them grow their businesses.


In my pursuit of enhancing WebPros’ brand experience, I set out to encapsulate their values of innovation, empowerment, and collaboration, positioning them as global leaders in web development and hosting industry. I meticulously designed a brand identity exuding sophistication and leadership, first by crafting the brand voice based on the research, and then layering that personality throughout digital and print, events, and any internal and external communication. This encompassed the creation of a look and feel that mirrored their core ethos.
